Kinetic Kanvas brings structure, communication, creative production, and follow-through to complex work across events, marketing, operations, and digital content.
Events & Experiential Production
Trade Shows & Live Event Production
High-stakes event environments demand clear communication, disciplined field leadership, and the ability to keep moving parts from turning into a pile of expensive panic.
For over twenty years, I have supported the on-site production of large-scale builds across trade shows, brand activations, live events, automotive programs, corporate environments, and private event spaces. My work has lived where technical drawings, client expectations, labor crews, venue rules, and real-time field conditions all meet.
I have helped manage production from planning through on-site execution, with builds ranging from 10×10 inline booths to 150×150 mega-brand pavilions, project budgets from $50K to $5M+, and deadlines that did not move.
The work required fast decisions, clear crew communication, practical problem-solving, and steady field coordination across convention centers, hotels, outdoor venues, show floors, loading docks, ballrooms, private environments, and satellite event spaces.
The challenge
Large events rarely fail because one thing goes wrong. They fail when communication breaks down, details get missed, crews lose direction, vendors are not aligned, or the field reality no longer matches the plan on paper.
These environments required the ability to read the room, read the drawings, read the schedule, and keep people moving safely and efficiently under pressure.
What I handled
- Field supervision and project management
- Crew leadership across union and non-union labor
- On-site execution from build through breakdown
- Interpretation of technical drawings and production plans
- Coordination between clients, shops, labor, vendors, and field teams
- Problem-solving under live event conditions
- Schedule, safety, and quality control in the field
- Show-floor logistics, site constraints, and real-time adjustments
- Setup, reset, strike, and clean handoff
Selected Events & Environments
Work supported across major event environments including San Diego Comic-Con, CES, Natural Products Expo West, SEMA Show, Outdoor Retailer, major U.S. auto shows, brand activations, corporate events, private event environments, satellite venues, and large-scale trade show floors.
Brands Supported
I supported brand environments for DealerSocket, Hyundai, IONIQ, Genesis, Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-AMG Motorsport, GSK, Zimmer Dental / Zimmer Biomet, LG, and private event programs for Meta Quest / Oculus.
Contracted Partners
I supported brands and contracted with Czarnowski, Momentum, Nth Degree, Fern, GES, Freeman, and private clients.
Why it mattered
This work required speed, discipline, adaptability, and clear communication under pressure. The goal stayed the same: bring structure to moving parts, keep teams aligned, and get complex work built cleanly, safely, and on time.
Global Launch Communications + Strategic Support for ANCHORBIT®
I supported multiple marketing and communications efforts tied to the global launch of ANCHORBIT®, GA Drilling’s drilling stabilization technology for deep geothermal. At the time, GA Drilling was growing from a European technology company into a more global operation, with an expanding U.S. presence and a strategic relationship with Nabors Industries in Houston.
Executive leadership needed someone who understood English-language marketing and communications, could work inside fast-paced environments, and could translate complex technical information into clear, audience-facing materials without losing accuracy. The work spanned educational content, newsletters, press materials, speechwriting for events and conferences, launch messaging, website copy and updates, and coordination with video production teams in the U.S., UK, and Eastern Europe.
I collaborated with engineers, C-suite leaders, and external partners to clarify messaging around deep geothermal, advanced drilling technology, and the larger commercial opportunity. I also supported communications tied to the public ANCHORBIT® demonstration with Nabors at its Houston technology center, helping shape materials that could reach U.S. energy, drilling, investment, and industry audiences ahead of launch.
The challenge
GA Drilling needed to communicate a highly technical energy innovation to multiple audiences, including investors, industry partners, media, event audiences, and the broader geothermal sector. The challenge was not only explaining the technology, but helping position the company for a larger global stage while making the message clear enough for U.S. audiences to understand why it mattered.
One visible part of the work was a 16-part educational article series published on LinkedIn, now part of Geo Nerd Digest. The series explained geothermal energy from its historical roots to advanced systems such as closed-loop and supercritical geothermal, helping place GA Drilling’s work in a broader industry context while making the subject more accessible.
What I handled
- Launch-related marketing and communications support
- English-language messaging for U.S. and international audiences
- Press release and media materials support for the ANCHORBIT® public demonstration
- Collaboration with engineers, C-suite leadership, and external partners
- Speechwriting for events and conference appearances
- Educational article series development and writing
- Newsletter and press materials support
- Event strategy and prioritization
- Website copy, updates, and ongoing content support
- Coordination with international creative and video teams
Why it mattered
This work helped support a major technical launch during a period of global growth by turning complex geothermal and drilling technology into clearer public-facing communications. It gave leadership, sales, media, event, and industry audiences stronger language around the product, the Nabors demonstration, the U.S. market opportunity, and the larger clean energy story.

NAVEX Global Rebrand Rollout + Global Document Resize

After the NAVEX Global merger, thousands of internal and external documents needed to be reformatted for European A4 and other international sizes instead of U.S. letter. What could have become a production bottleneck turned into a coordinated rebranding and resizing effort across a multi-person team.
I supported the work by helping move a high volume of documents through an Adobe Creative Suite workflow, keeping files accurate, consistent, and ready for use across international formats and updated brand standards.
What I handled
- Large-scale document reformatting and production support
- Rebranding implementation across high-volume materials
- International size and layout conversions
- Adobe Creative Suite production workflow support
- Quality control, consistency, and deadline-driven delivery
Why it mattered
This work helped keep brand materials usable across international teams during a high-volume post-merger transition, reducing inconsistency and keeping production moving under deadline pressure.
