Kinetic Kanvas
Kinetic Kanvas helps teams bring clarity, coordination, and follow-through to complex work. I built this studio around the work I do best: bringing structure to moving parts, aligning teams, and keeping important work on track from planning to delivery.
What I Do
I help clients:
- clarify the message
- strengthen the materials
- coordinate the work
- keep important projects moving
That can include messaging cleanup, website and deck copy, project support, workflow coordination, event support, vendor coordination, operational cleanup, and fractional help when the work needs a steady hand.
How I Work
I start by figuring out what is unclear, scattered, stalled, or off track.
Then I simplify the message, map the work, and move it forward with clear priorities, realistic timelines, and practical follow-through, whether that means supporting a team, a campaign, an event, or a multi-part project.
Why Kinetic Kanvas
I bring 20+ years across communications, design, project coordination, production, and operations. I know how to move between ideas and action without losing the thread, and how to keep work on track when timelines tighten, logistics stack up, and pressure gets real.
I work as a focused solo partner and scale with trusted collaborators when the job calls for it.
Clients come to me when the work matters, the moving parts are multiplying, and someone needs to make sense of it all and keep it moving.
The Person Behind the Work

I’m Craig M. Williams, founder of Kinetic Kanvas.
My background spans brand, communications, design, events, production, operations, and project support. I do my best work in fast-moving environments where timelines tighten, details multiply, and someone needs to bring structure, clarity, and follow-through.
Based in Portland, I work remotely, on-site, and on travel-based engagements. I’m open to long-term and project-based work across the U.S. and U.K., with regional and international travel available.
